Term & Condition

Overview

By using OA FUNDED, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. OA FUNDED provides trading challenges and simulated evaluations to assess trader performance. All challenge fees are paid for access to the evaluation environment and are non-refundable.
  • You must be 18+ and provide accurate information.
  • All trading challenges and funded accounts follow strict rules.
  • Breaking rules (drawdown, manipulation, unrealistic risk) results in account failure.
  • No financial advice is provided.
  • We do not guarantee profits or payouts.
  • OA FUNDED may update these terms at any time.

1. Parties

This Agreement is made between you, the user (hereinafter referred to as “you,” “your,” or “trader”), and OA FUNDED LLC.
By registering with OA FUNDED, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without modifications.
Your participation in the Evaluation is subject to all rules, restrictions, and obligations described herein.

2. Trading Standards & Responsibilities

OA FUNDED seeks traders who demonstrate consistent, disciplined, and sustainable trading behavior.
By using our services, you agree not to trade using unreasonable, high-risk, or gambling-like strategies. All trading activity is monitored in real time.
Violation of any rules may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of fees or any pending payouts.

3. Use of EAs, Scripts, Robots & Copy Trading

  • Automated trading tools such as EAs, bots, scripts, and robots are strictly prohibited unless you receive written approval from the OA FUNDED Risk Team.
  • Copy trading or mirroring another trader’s signals—manually or automatically—is prohibited.
  • OA FUNDED reserves the right to determine if multiple users are coordinating trades or copying strategies based on the timing, entries, exits, and similarity of positions.
Violations will result in termination of all OA FUNDED accounts associated with the user.
All trading decisions must be based solely on your own independent analysis.

4. Providing Signals to Third Parties

You are not permitted to provide signals, trade ideas, screenshots, or any form of trading information from your OA FUNDED Evaluation account or OA FUNDED Funded Account to third parties without written authorization.
This includes:
  • Signal groups
  • Social media channels
  • Paid or free trading rooms
  • Copy trading networks
Unauthorized distribution will result in account termination.

5. News Trading

News trading is allowed during the OA FUNDED Evaluation.
However
  • Strategies that rely heavily or solely on high-impact news trading are not permitted on both evaluation and funded accounts.
  • You must understand that high-impact news can affect markets even when not directly tied to the country releasing economic data.
Abusive news-based trading may be classified as unsustainable or gambling behavior.

6. Trading Instruments

OA FUNDED Evaluation includes access to all instruments available on the trading platform provided by our broker partner (e.g., forex, indices, commodities, crypto, etc.).

7. End of Trading Period

All positions must be closed before the Evaluation period ends. Open trades at the end of the period may result in failure of the Evaluation or account termination.

8. Exceptions

In certain cases, exceptions may be granted based on your individual trading approach. Exceptions are provided only after a formal interview with the OA FUNDED Risk Management Team.
Without an official written exception:
  • High-risk or unconventional trading methods may lead to account termination
  • No refund or payout will be issued
